Palwallet (also known as PalWallet) is a crypto assets management platform founded by blockchain industry experts with over a decade of experience. Motivated by a deep enthusiasm for technology and the role of decentralization in today’s economy, the team set out to overcome common security and performance concerns that often discourage newcomers from entering the crypto space. By integrating a proprietary security protocol called PalShield, a specialized algorithm for swift transactions, and an intuitive user interface, they formed what they refer to as the “Holy Triangle”—secure, fast, and simple.

Challenge & Goals

Despite the rise of digital currencies, many potential investors remain wary of adding crypto to their portfolios due to fears over asset protection, transaction speed, and complex processes. Palwallet’s primary challenge was to address these barriers by delivering robust safety measures, high-performance functionality, and an easy-to-use experience that would attract both experienced traders and new adopters. The main objective was to build a platform that simplifies crypto management and instills confidence in users, empowering them to seamlessly engage in digital asset transactions.

It was important to our client that the app users can easily locate scanned documents on their devices. Scanner+ is equipped with a drag and drop file manager that keeps documents organized. To make the search process more convenient, users can create folders to arrange theirs scans by topic and use smart name tags.

Our team conducted a thorough market analysis, examining existing crypto wallets and multi-asset management solutions. We identified common pain points—such as complex user flows and unclear security measures—and mapped them against our target functionality for Palwallet. By leveraging these findings, we introduced best-in-class UX principles and robust security practices, ensuring that the final design aligned with user expectations while maintaining a highly intuitive interface.

We then created a detailed sitemap to establish Palwallet’s information hierarchy and user pathways. Using user story mapping, our team validated each potential interaction—from onboarding to day-to-day transactions—making sure no critical steps were overlooked. This process allowed us to refine the structure so that every feature supports a seamless, end-to-end user experience.

The client furnished a detailed user persona centered on tech-savvy individuals seeking a secure yet approachable way to manage their crypto assets. In response, we devised a modern and minimal aesthetic, combining subdued blues for a sense of stability and trust, with vibrant accent colors to highlight crucial interactions. This thoughtful blend of hue choices, typography, and iconography reflects both the cutting-edge nature of cryptocurrency and the simplicity users desire—reinforcing Palwallet’s identity as a future-focused, user-friendly platform.

Illustrations

Our team developed custom illustrations to reinforce Palwallet’s distinct brand identity, blending modern fintech elements with a friendly, approachable style. Each illustration underscores core concepts like security, speed, and simplicity, ensuring that visual storytelling remains consistent throughout the app while resonating with both new and experienced crypto users.

Dark mode

We introduced a tailored dark mode to reduce eye strain and extend battery life while still maintaining Palwallet’s core design elements. By inverting the background and emphasizing key interactive elements with subtle contrasts, we ensured that the user experience remains clear, visually cohesive, and comfortable—particularly in low-light environments.

We chose Cabinet Grotesk and Rubik to provide a modern, versatile typographic base for Palwallet. Both typefaces offer excellent readability across various screen sizes and support multiple languages—a key consideration for an international crypto platform. We selected Soft Blue and Dark Blue as the foundation for Palwallet’s color palette, emphasizing a sense of trust, clarity, and calm. Soft Blue adds a friendly, modern flair, while Dark Blue provides depth and reliability. White completes the set, ensuring a clean backdrop and excellent contrast for text and interactive elements. This thoughtful balance creates an inviting interface while helping to reduce visual fatigue during extended use.
